and bandwidth offers include statutory sales tax unless
the customer is a non-German, VAT-owning company located
in the EU or lives outside of the EU; an additional one-time
setup fee is charged, the amount of which is stated in
the
product description. The contract period is 12 months
and is extended automatically. The period of notice is
4 weeks. More information on
this topic can be found in our General
Terms and Conditions. Unlimited Traffic for the "100mbit/s shared port": No additional costs due to traffic (if average traffic consumption continuously exceeds 20 mbit/s over a timespan of at least 10 days - whereas the traffic between 2:00 and 11:00 GMT+1 is not taken into account, it can be any value - the connection is switched to 10 mbit/s). There is no such switch for the "dedicated bandwidth" modules. |
